About Me
Trevor Allan
Breathwork Coach

My passion for breathwork
stems from my own personal experience with its innate healing properties. I needed something deeper than discussion to help me move past the reactive behaviourial loops and emotional avoidance. Breathwork provided a bridge to move me beyond my thoughts, and affect my emotional state through deep introspective awareness, curiosity and humility.
This work helped me on every level –
Personal growth, performance and emotional regulation. I quickly realized the profound implications this could have with those looking to access, heal and gain agency over their emotional states through this beautifully personal somatic work.
It is my fascination for respiratory science,
however that truly drove my passion for this work. As such, my programs are based on proven interventions and client centered protocols based on individualized assessments.

Certifications + Approach
Though my training is rooted in the intricate science of respiration and its physiological implications, my approach is straightforward, client-specific, and designed to integrate seamlessly into my clients' lives.

I work with clients in 1-to-1 or in group sessions covering Functional Breathwork and High Ventilation Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathwork). I am also a mentor for new students at the newly established Integrative Breath US/Can based in Denver.

I am trained as a GPBA Certified and Ethically Compliant Integrative breathwork (UK) practitioner, and registered Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor (a science-based protocol developed by Patrick Macewan).

As a lifelong learner, I continue to expand my expertise under the mentorship of Martin McPhilamy (Aus) and Dr. Rae Reidel (US).
