High Ventilation Breathwork – Trauma-Informed Conscious Connected Breathwork
An introspective, open mouth practice that encourages clients to explore their broad internal experience and acknowledge what’s been held and hidden.
While functional breathwork is the foundational (day to day) practice, High Ventilation breathwork offers profound benefits for emotional release, rearranging your relationship with stress and trauma, and overall wellbeing. Session are 1-1.5 hours
